When the OEM passenger seat is removed and replaced with aftermarket seats. The SIR Airbag dash warning lamp will illuminate due to the break in the SIR circuitry. Vetteworks has developed the ASP to eliminate the Airbag warning lamp on C6 Corvettes only. The passenger seat wire harness will need to be moved to the aftermarket seat so our plugs can be installed. The passenger side has a occupancy detection circuit that is tied into the SIR circuit.
