All information needed to succesfully complete an order will be presented to you during the ordering process. Once you have put all the products you want into your shopping cart, you click on "Checkout". And, after filling in the shipping information and such, it only takes a few clicks to complete your order.

After you completed your order, you will be informed about the status of your order by e-mail.

Order Status:

    Pending Right after completing the order you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order, and you will receive some information, such as our bank account number and your order number. We will prepare your order, if there is anything special to report about your order, we will contact you.

    Processing This means we received the payment, the products are being packed for shipping, invoices and packing slips are printed etc..

    Shipped This means that the order is ready and it usually will be shipped the same day. Often the processing goes very fast and then we will skip this order update.
